Cocktail masterclass | The Club House

Why not enjoy an in-person cocktail masterclass experience with The Club House's manager and mixologist, Ferenc Kovacs, who will share with you the art and alchemy of making excellent cocktails.

Fefe, is passionate about his craft, and is always on the lookout to

partner up new tastes and flavours to create new bar sensations.

Having trained in London, and worked with Mark Hix, he has expert wine knowledge, and has recently taken his Advanced Sommelier exams with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

He has been at The Club House for more than three years, where he has been creating new cocktails

for special occasions and events.

Keen to share his knowledge and passion for cocktails he's started sharing his recipes

and tips with his online videos 'Friday with Fefe'

which you can find on the Club's Instagram and Facebook pages.

Learn the secrets and skills to become a true Cocktail Master at one of our

Club House Cocktail Masterclasses.

In the masterclass you will learn to make five cocktails - classics, twists and The Club's own signature drinks - accompanied by a selection of canapés and petit fours to demonstrate cocktail and food pairing.

Fefe will talk you through each of the ingredients, recipes, techniques, as well as the history

behind the drinks in the glass.

Cocktail Masterclasses last between two and two and a half hours.

Classes are held in The Club's cosy snug or luxurious Beach House, weather dependent.

£75 per person

Available for groups of 2 to 10 people
