Waiting Staff

​

Working as part of our team in our beautiful award winning restaurant you will be required to take orders, serve food and prepare tables. An important part of the work is to make customers feel welcome and comfortable during their meal.

Main duties would include:

​

• greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table

• giving out menus and taking orders for food and drinks

• serving food and drinks

• dealing with bill payments

• making sure tables are clean and tidy

• working with other staff as a team

• working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

​

Experienced in waiting/hospitality is preferable with duties not limited to the above list. We require applicants to be able to multi task under pressure and step into other Front of House hospitality roles to meet the needs of the business.

Customer service excellence is essential as you will be part of the team welcoming customers to our unique destination on the beautiful Jurassic coastline where guests come to enjoy the best quality of food and service.
