William Hickton is the Head Chef at The Club House in West Bexington. Born in 1999, he’s been captivated by the kitchen since the age of 15, when he swapped washing pots for wearing chef’s whites. Raised in Dorset, he draws daily inspiration from the nearby sea, turning fresh, local catch into vibrant seasonal menus that celebrate the region’s best ingredients.
